Could Babykins Have A Tooth?

Last night I had my finger in Bradley's mouth to calm him down before bedtime while I let the dog out, and I felt something sharp. I woke up this morning and took a look. There seems to be a little white tooth popping through his bottom middle gum. I wonder if it will keep on coming. I definitely wasn't expecting him to get a tooth at 12 weeks! Will I be feeding him for at least 9 more months with teeth??!! :-)
