5 Weeks Old

Today Mr. Bradley is 5 weeks old. He lifts his head up regularly and can turn it from side to side. He has smiled a couple of times--other than sleep smiles. He sleeps 6-7 hours at night. He stretches a whole bunch as he is waking up each time. That's cutie. :-) His eating is getting much better. We weighed him today, and we were hoping he had gained 3 ounces at the most. He gained almost 5. Woah, baby! He's now up to 8 pounds, 14.5 ounces. We called the lactation consultant, and she said we could cut the supplement down to a half ounce at every other feeding. Yippee! We might be able to cut it out entirely if he does well with that this coming week. Here's hopin'! :-)
