9 Months

Bradley had his 9-month checkup yesterday. We went to a new pediatrician, and I LOVE her!!!!!!!! She is super duper. Not only is she thorough, but she gives me the "warm and fuzzies," too. :-) I think I'm going to take them some cookies or something to say thank you, because I felt totally supported and cared for. NICE!

She said Bradley is ridiculously healthy. She doesn't understand why he has so many teeth. :-) He got two more in the past month, so he has 4 on top and 4 on bottom now. His length was 28 inches (50%). His weight was 18 lbs., 4 oz. (10-25%) His head circumference was 46.8 (75-90%). That fella has a big head! :-) She thinks he will be pretty tall and might be an early walker.

This morning I said, "Ba!" Bradley looked at me and said, "Da!" :-)

Lately he likes pulling up to stand, trying to stand up without holding on to anything, moving from one place to another by holding onto furniture, chewing on his letter blocks, chewing on Mama, reading books, hearing animal noises, being tickled, wallering Mama, drinking water, watching us show him signs, patting various things, looking in the mirror, laughing when everyone else laughs and for no particular reason, splashing in Casey's water bowl, snuggling, playing with pots & pans, playing with tags/different textures, and TALKING, TALKING, TALKING. He definitely has a language of his own b/c he says things very definitely and like he knows exactly what he's talking about. I can't wait for him to start talking for real.
