28 Weeks

28 weeks along. Remember when my goal was to make it to 12 weeks total?!!! Now I only have 12 weeks LEFT! We're in the 3rd trimester, people! :-)

Mr. Bradley should weigh a little over 2 pounds and measure about 14.8 inches. He should be able to open his eyes, have eyelashes, and turn his head toward bright lights from the outside. He should start gaining some fat, too, so he will have some nice chubby cheeks to pinch when he decides to come on out. :-)

We went to see the fam last weekend. Mom didn't get to feel Bradley move, but she did see my stomach move once when he kicked. Dawn asked Alex where Baby Bradley was, and he pointed at my stomach! Now, how did he remember that?! Cutie pie...Here are some pics:




I feel better than ever. This pregnancy has been really easy except for the morning sickness. I'm not uncomfortable (yet) and am still sleeping just fine. Xon and Casey and I take a walk every day, and I'm a little slower than they would like me to be, but they adjust. :-) We see 3 deer in the same spot every day we walk.

Had my latest Dr. appointment this morning. I took my sugar test, which was just fine. She said my blood pressure was "stellar" at 108/64. I've gained 25 pounds. Bradley's heart rate was 144. The fundal height was 28. So, everything is right on track!
